Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

Only regular priced services may be refunded. Sale services cannot be refunded.

We only replace services If you need to exchange it for the same services category.
we also change the date of reservation if it would help.
